Benefits

Show up to three key benefits with icons and short supporting text.

Use this block to present up to three quick benefit highlights in a compact, easy-to-scan layout. It is best for short value statements, reassurance points, or feature summaries that help customers understand your offer at a glance.

All fields are optional, so you can show only the items that add real value. For a broader overview of how blocks work, see Shopify documentation on sections and blocks. If you want setup details for this specific block, see the canonical block reference.

Use the first item for your strongest or most widely relevant benefit. In most cases, a short heading with a brief supporting line will read more clearly than a longer marketing sentence.

The icon can be an emoji or a supported icon name. Leave it blank if you prefer a text-only look or if an icon does not add clarity. For icon formatting help, see the icon guide.

Use the second item to reinforce the first with a complementary point, such as quality, shipping, support, ingredients, materials, or ease of use. Try to keep the length and tone consistent so the block feels balanced.

If you only have two strong benefit statements, it is better to stop at two than to add a weaker third message.

Use the third item for an additional differentiator or a practical reassurance point. This works well for details that matter to interested shoppers but do not need top billing.

Visibility settings control whether this block appears on desktop, mobile, or both. This is useful when you want shorter benefit messaging on smaller screens or when different layouts need different content priorities.

Use device-based hiding carefully so essential selling points are not lost on part of your audience. You can review the shared behavior in the visibility settings reference.

If you hide this block on one device size, make sure the same key benefit information appears elsewhere on that layout.

  1. Lead with your strongest benefit. Put the most persuasive or broadly useful message first so it gets noticed quickly.
  2. Keep each item short. Compact headings and subheadings are easier to scan and usually fit the layout more cleanly.
  3. Use icons with purpose. Choose icons or emojis that clarify the message rather than compete with it.
  4. Skip weak filler copy. Leave unused items empty if you do not have three meaningful points to share.
  5. Check every device layout. Confirm your benefits remain clear and visible wherever this block is shown.
  6. Match commerce details to the product. If a benefit depends on a specific variant, quantity, availability, or commerce action, make sure the messaging reflects the current product context so customers are not promised something they cannot select or buy.
