Video-enabled sections usually have Mute video turned on by default. Turn it off to allow audio, but keep in mind that autoplaying videos may still start without sound.

Enable video audio

1. In the Shopify theme editor, select the section containing the video.
2. Find Mute video and clear the checkbox.
3. If sound is important, turn off Autoplay or enable playback controls so customers can start the video themselves.
4. Review the Loop setting, then save your changes.
5. Test the video on both desktop and mobile.
